"Where do I apply?" Applications can
be faxed or brought into our office personally.
"Do you accept Section 8?" Yes, section
8 applications are considered on many of our units.
"Are pets allowed?" Yes, we do allow
pets in certain properties. There are also additional deposits and
fees for pets. Call us for more details.
"What are your application fees?" We
do not charge an application fee.
"How about other fees and deposits?"
We charge a refundable security deposit of $175.00 to $800.00 depending
on the property. We also charge a non-refundable fee of $125.00
to $200.00 depending on the property.
"Do I have to sign a lease?" No, on
most of our properties we rent on a month-to-month basis.

"Do I need Renters Insurance?" Renters
insurance is always a good idea but is not required. Here are some
options: State
Farm, Allstate,
and Farmers.
Also, renters can frequently purchase renters insurance through
their car insurance holding company.
