Laura is in the accounts payable/receivable department. Laura has 10 years experience in bookkeeping, she is also an on-site manager of a 72 unit apartment complex managed by Metco. Laura has bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities to assist our clientele. |

Janet and husband Al moved to Springfield in 1992 from Cody, Wyoming. They have been on site apartment managers for 16 years in Springfield. In 2004 Janet moved to the Metco office as the supervisor of property maintenance and inspections. In addition to being in the main office Janet and Al still manage an apartment complex for Metco. |

skilled building, grounds and cleaning personnel that assure
both the property owner and the property occupant a
professional level of care and maintenance services. We also
are very selective in our choice of specialty contractors
that may be required to perform repair and maintenance work
on managed properties, including specifications and design
details, cost controls and supervision.
